As the chill of November settles over Mirandus, new horizons open for adventurers and collectors alike. This month’s update is brimming with fresh ways to express yourself, uncover secrets, and face new dangers. Whether you’re a fashion-forward hero, a lore-seeker, or a battle-hardened explorer, there’s something for everyone in this new release.
Introducing Cosmetics: First Sale – Hats!
The world of Mirandus grows more vibrant as cosmetics make their long-awaited debut. Adventurers can now personalize their appearance with the first wave of wearable cosmetics: hats! These stylish additions let you stand out in the crowd or blend into the shadows. Claim your favorite and make your mark on Mirandus.
New Collectible: Lore Items
For those who seek the stories behind the stones, a new category of collectible has arrived: Lore Delivery Items. Scattered throughout the world, these artifacts hold fragments of Mirandus history, myths, and secrets. Collect them to piece together the deeper mysteries of the realm and unlock unique rewards for the most dedicated lore hunters.
New Enemy: Goblin Scavenger
Beware the shadows. Goblin scavengers now roam the wilds and ruins of Narrows Landing and Skywound Mine. These cunning foes are quick to loot the fallen and run faster with a greater craving for death. Also, hunter goblins are now harder to kill. Only the most vigilant adventurers will be able to outsmart their trickery. Will you be one of them?
New Crafting Recipes and Ingredients
The art of creation expands with a host of new crafting recipes and ingredients. Adventurers can now gather exotic materials and experiment with innovative recipes, forging powerful gear, arrows, and unique cosmetic items. The possibilities for crafters and alchemists have never been greater.
Among the latest additions:
Crude Bone: Goblins now drop bones, introducing a new ingredient for resourceful adventurers.
Bone Arrows: Harness the strength of your fallen foes by crafting new bone-tipped arrows, perfect for those who favor ranged combat.
Linen Padding: A new essential for armorers, linen padding can now be crafted and used to create leather armor.
Loot UI Redesign
Your hard-earned spoils deserve a worthy showcase. The loot interface has been completely redesigned for clarity and ease of use. Sorting, previewing, and claiming your rewards is now smoother than ever, ensuring you never miss a legendary drop.
Skywound Mine Updates
The world itself continues to evolve. Skywound Mine has received significant updates, with new props and environmental dressing elements enriching the atmosphere and storytelling of each location. Adventurers will now find enemies roaming the depths of the mine, adding new dangers and challenges to every expedition. While these foes await within, the final boss is yet to come in a future update—so prepare for even greater threats ahead. Explore these areas anew and discover the details that bring Mirandus to life.
Game Balance
The winds of change sweep through Mirandus, bringing a host of balance adjustments to sharpen the edge of adventure:
NPCs now behave more intelligently, with improved logic to make encounters more engaging and dynamic.
Crafting requirements for armors, gloves, and boots have been rebalanced, making equipment progression smoother and more rewarding.
All NPC loot drops have been updated, so expect new surprises when defeating enemies.
Enemies found within Skywound Mine are now tougher than those in Narrows Landing, offering a greater challenge for daring adventurers.
The echoes of combat settle as Circle of Shadows: A Cut Above has come to an end. Our third Halloween challenge is complete, and the Brutes have once again learned the cost of holding the majority of the chaotic trace.
During this event, our brave heroes collected Chaotic Trace, climbed the ranks, and seized the trinkets of the precise orc warrior Uggor’s journey. By completing this final event in the Circle of Shadows series, the top 250 adventurers secured the exclusive Town Star Zombie Chemical Engineer Skin (Rare) NFT. Hollows stood strong beside Exemplars, proving that new faces can rise to the challenge.
To all who pressed forward—those who climbed, collected, and conquered—thank you for making A Cut Above unforgettable. The ripple effect is now in motion: the powerful rewards you earned will give you a major advantage in the upcoming Town Star event! The world of Mirandus awaits what comes next.
Get ready for Part Three of our massive, connected Halloween journey! We’re thrilled to present the Mirandus portion of the Circle of Shadows event—your third Halloween challenge before the rewards come to fruition in Town Star.
The Hunt Commences
From October 30th at 19:00 UTC to November 3rd at 19:00 UTC, adventurers must once again brave the chaotic lands. Be sure to equip the Link of the Brittle NFT you earned from the recent Vexi event—it grants an offensive edge with enhanced physical attack, but remember the trade-off: a decrease in all physical damage resistance. This month, we look to the legacy of a great orc warrior who found his true calling in precision, not just power.
You must collect Chaotic Trace to climb the leaderboard. Due to the recent respite, the goblin hordes have returned to their normal, chaotic structure—meaning the Brutes are once again the toughest challenge and the primary source of concentrated Chaotic Trace!
A Cut Above Mystery Chest
You can purchase the limited “A Cut Above – Mystery Chest”, priced at $24.99, for a chance to obtain one of three rare trinkets from the life of a surprisingly precise warrior:
Uggor’s Whetstone (Uncommon): Grants a 20% Bonus (60% chance)
Uggor’s Cleaver (Rare): Grants a 30% Bonus (30% chance)
Uggor’s Insignia (Epic): Grants a 50% Bonus (10% chance)
Only 300 mystery chests will be available this month! You can equip up to 1 of each of Uggor’s NFTs in your trinket slots. Their effects add together, and with all three equipped, you unlock an extra +100% bonus to your point collection!
After the event, these trinkets will grant you a permanent Butchery Mastery bonus when held in your inventory.
Rewards and Accessibility
The leaderboard configuration has been updated, offering greater rewards:
Town Star NFT Reward: The top 250 places will receive the Town Star Zombie Chemical Engineer Skin (Rare) NFT, which provides a powerful 10% boost to all Chemical Engineers’ speed during the subsequent Town Star event.
$GALA Payouts: The first 150 places will receive a share of 128,200 $GALA, with extra prizes reserved for the top 50 places compared to our previous leaderboards.
For those without an Exemplar, Hollows will remain available throughout the event, allowing new players to experience Mirandus firsthand.

Skywound Mine Second Art Preview: Zones 1-6 Now Dressed
The Skywound Mine descends deeper into mystery. This month, zones 1 through 6 emerge in a more refined state. While still in development, these areas dressed with jagged stonework and obliterated bones display the ruthlessness of Gruul’s dominion and a clearer glimpse into the mine’s layered peril and the visual language of its descent. With 13 zones planned, the mine is becoming a living dungeon, one that whispers danger with every echo.
NFT Minting Arrives In-Game
The forge of creation is now in your hands. Players can mint selected items into NFTs directly within Mirandus, transforming gameplay achievements into blockchain-backed assets. This feature empowers adventurers to immortalize their triumphs, craft rare items, and participate in the evolving economy, all without leaving the game world.
Repair Cost Rebalance
The introduction of bronze-coated weaponry established a tiered structure for repair costs within Mirandus, paving the way for future item expansions. As additional gear has been introduced, this system has naturally evolved, prompting a comprehensive review to ensure consistency and balance across all tiers. This release refines and standardizes repair costs to better align with the game’s overall economy, with the updated values detailed below:

Potion Rebalance: A Softer Landing, Slightly
Potions of Soft Landing have been rebalanced. Their fall damage resistance now sits at 30%, down from 50%, preserving their utility while restoring the thrill of vertical risk. Adventurers will still find them essential for canyon dives and cliffside escapes, but timing and terrain now matter more than ever.
