As with every new season, we’re committed to enhancing your gaming experience. Season 4 brings along a plethora of updates, tweaks, bug fixes, and ability adjustments, ensuring smoother and more thrilling battles.

• Login now for a special random Aura Box reward.
• Danishka and Miko are now available in both types of Summon, with an enhanced limited-time chance to summon.
• The new Champions are now eligible for the 15% VP New Champion Bonus in the PvP Arena.
• Lavina, Safrina and Jia are no longer eligible for the New Champion Bonus.
• Growth Packs for the new Champions are now available in-game.
• A random time delay has been added when items are listed on the Trade Market, so listed items will no longer appear immediately.
• Quixote’s critical hit rate has been increased, and passive play, status effect icons have been added.
• Nerdan, the new Battlepass Champion has been added to the book.
• The term “Curse” has been replaced with “Reinforcement Prohibited” in the Tower of Trials description.
• Descriptions have been added to the Estate Board and Estate Store.
• In the Estate Board, all quests reset at the daily reset time, even if they weren’t completed or the rewards weren’t collected.
• Once completing a quest on Estate Board, a part of the rewards go to the Estate’s Storage in the Store. Those who have authority over the Estate may sell such items.
• Multiple typos have been collected in the Spanish version of the Arena lineup screen.
• The error “Maximum 3” has been removed from the description of Varnas’ passive unique status effect.
• The bug where the text of skills being used would intermittently not display correctly.
• Typos in the passive skill description of Kingtitan were fixed.
• Soulstone tab sorting criteria has been adjusted.

Battle Pass owners will gradually unlock perks throughout the month as they complete quests. Eventually, this includes Nerdan himself along with a big pile of Soul Stones to get him beefed up right away!

What Is the Battle Pass?

Let’s do some quick review for anybody out of the loop on what a Battle Pass does within Champions Arena.

The Battle Pass progresses as you complete daily and weekly quests. The top row is available to everyone, but the bottom row will only be received by players who have purchased the Battle Pass.

If you purchase a Battle Pass after completing a few steps, that’s ok! You’ll receive all achieved rewards when you unlock the Battle Pass… even if you’ve already left them in the dust!

Nerdan the Hunter

Nerdan has been fighting in countless battles to protect the World Tree for ages. His arrows always landed on the enemies of the forest. Nerdan’s discerning judgment and leadership in battle are an inspiration for the guardians of Eretria. While Nerdan knew about the anomalies happening all over the world, he wasn’t interested in doing anything other than protecting the World Tree. However, when he heard about an ascetic wandering in the badlands, Nerdan took up his bow and announced that he was going on an adventure. Little fairies must have known what was up because they asked him to let go of the past and stay in the forest. Nevertheless, Nerdan stayed impassive as he readied his bow. His arrows will always find their marks.

This month’s Battle Pass exclusive Champion is Nerdan, The Arrow of Dawn. This Epic hunter is a high damage striker who only shoots more deadly arrows as the battle goes on.

For anyone who missed last month’s Battle Pass featuring Selena, this could be a great chance to get your hands on a high damage striker. For anyone already happily battling with a Selena, this Harmony champion can add some welcome variety to your squad.

Nerdan’s attacks are built around doing high damage to opponents, but also to grow in power as the battle progresses.

The longer Nerdan fights, the higher Experienced Archer goes, increasing his damage for each stack. Once he has five stacks, not only will he receive a flat 40% damage boost, but he’ll ignore 35% of an enemy’s Defense when attacking with a card matched Arrow Shower.

With these high damage skills, Nerdan is an expert at striking some powerful first hits on enemies. His real power, however, rests in dealing massive damage at the late stages of a battle. Keep him alive long enough to get warmed up and watch him take down even the most fortified opponents.

Until people decide to mint Nerdan and put him on the market, the Battle Pass is the only way to get your hands on this Champion. There’s just under a month before Nerdan leaves the Battle Pass forever, so don’t delay too long!

Unfortunately, the Battle Pass is only available on mobile devices at this time. We are hoping to make it available on the Gala Store soon for the convenience of any desktop players, but in the meantime players can purchase the Battle Pass on any mobile device or app player… even if they normally play on PC!

A Battle Pass is the best way to keep getting rewards throughout the month. In addition to Nerdan, those who complete the Battle Pass will have accumulated the following rewards, beyond what is available in the free pass:

The beginning of a new season offers a great opportunity for new players to get into the game and first cut their teeth in the arena.

For any more seasoned veterans of the arena, however, below you’ll find a quick summary of the biggest changes to come to Champions Arena in Season 3.

New Content

Estates better get cracking on construction, because there are two entirely new Estate structures to build!

Estate Board

The Estate Board can grant you an Estate-exclusive mission for you to complete using your Champions. Each time you complete an Estate Board mission, you and the Estate the building is in will receive rewards.

Estate Store

Your Estate will start to build up a lot more treasure with the Estate Board. Luckily, there’s a great way to put all this clutter to use with the Estate Store. Using this building, Estate owners can place rewards the Estate has accumulated for sale. As this building levels, more and more of the proceeds will go to pad the coffers of your Estate.

Store and Trade Market Update

To make managing items easier, any item purchased from the Shop will now go directly to your inventory rather than your mailbox. Note that this does not apply to Cash Shop or Gala Store purchases, which will still be delivered to you through in-game mail.

The minimum price of items in the Trade Market is now dynamic based on the category and item level. This change is not yet reflected in text within the game, but you can view these minimums below:

Champion Updates

This update brings a minor change to the Champion Boxes that can be received through the Shop. From now on, Leopold and Sophia will no longer appear in the Rare and Legendary Champion Boxes respectively. This change applies to all boxes, even if previously purchased but not yet opened.

The special event with increased summoning chances for Lavina, Zafrina and Jia ends with this update. While there may not be a boosted chance to summon these three anymore, through the end of this season they will still get their +15% VP Bonus.

Balance Updates

Lavina

Lavina’s Passive skill has been adjusted.

Previously: Maintain Execution Stance for 1 turn. Grants Attack +20% and Defense -20%

Now: Maintain Execution Stance for 2 turns. Grants Attack +30% and Defense -35%

Jia

Several of Jia’s skills have been adjusted.

Skill 2
Previously: Bonus damage multiplier 30% & Fighting Spirit damage multiplier 10%

Now: Bonus damage multiplier 20% + Fighting Spirit damage multiplier 15%

Skill 3
Previously: Bonus damage multiplier 40% & Fighting Spirit damage multiplier 10%

Now: Bonus damage multiplier 20% + Fighting Spirit damage multiplier 20%

True Balance (Passive)
Previously: Critical Hit Rate +30% and Speed +10%

Now: Critical Hit Rate +30% and Critical Hit Damage +60%

Sakaris

An animation will now play when Sakaris’s Passive skill is activated, and the skill name will now appear when the death skill effect is applied to an ally.

Battle Updates

The default Speed of all battles has now been changed to 2x. Arena Battles will now occur at 2x Speed as well.

Randomly during arena matchmaking, players will be asked to solve a very simple quiz to verify that macros and automations are not being used.

All battles will now become unavailable five minutes before any server maintenance to avoid loss of progress or other issues.

New Champion NFT Bonus

Each of these new Champions is only available through Summoning in-game. However, players always have the option to mint their Champions on GalaChain, using the required number of Minting Scrolls through the Estate’s Altar of Champions.

Players who play with minted NFT versions of any of these new Legendary Champions will receive an additional 15% boost to Victory Points for each battle (per Legendary Champion NFT used). This Victory Point boost will remain in effect until the end of Season 3.

We understand that minting an NFT Champion can be costly and is not a lightly-made decision. Plan, strategize, and check the OpenSea secondary market for current listings and trade history of existing Legendary Champions.

New Champion Growth Package

This is an especially exciting addition to the in-game Cash Shop. Suppose you summon one of the first Legendary Jias and you’re so excited you can’t wait for the level grind. Now you don’t need to. Just pick up one of the New Champion Growth Packs and power up your Champion fast.

Keep in mind that Growth Packs are only available for a limited time. When the new Legendary Champions’ Summons return to regular odds, the Growth Pack opportunity ends!

Fixes

The team at OneUniverse has been hard at work on updates, improvements and bug fixes, as you can see from the list below!

• Fixed the issue where the skill description wasn’t correctly matching the actual skill effect
• Fixed the issue where Ifrit casts turn gauge increase instead of buff removal
• Fixed the issue where it says that the skill is activated when attacked while it should say that it’s activated when attacking, in Tasaria’s passive skill description
• Fixed the wrong name displayed in Sakaris passive skill description
• Fixed the issue where there was a missing skill in King Titan’s passive skill description: about 50% increase in effect accuracy when it’s in Rampage mode
• Changed Bjorn’s unique resource effect from speed increase to defense increase that matches the actual effect
• Fixed the issue where Devi & Stan’s overcharge is recharged immediately after using skill3 when there’s 1 overcharge skill
• Fixed the issue where the Angel’s Fury is not created by Seraph
• Fixed the issue where the turn gauge increase was applied instead of buff removal when used Ifrit’s basic attack’s Card match effect
• Fixed the issue where the Quixote passive effect was intermittently working abnormally
• Fixed the issue where the attack power reduction is applied instead of speed reduction as a status effect when Demias’ Card match skill2 is used
• Fixed the issue where the removed aura did not reactivate after using Desdemona’s Card match skill3
