Townstar Gems are a new in-game soft currency, available from the Gala Store. These versatile Gems allow players to unlock exclusive content, speed up production, or gain a strategic advantage.
Townstar Gems can only be acquired from the Gala Store for now.
Our first iteration will have 2 major utilities:
- Buy commodities directly from the available storages.
- Buy in-game cash packages from the new in-game Gem Store.
Buy commodities:
Available storages will have a new button to access the commodities available to get with Gems.
Available Commodities will be the following one for this first Gem Version:
- Lumber
- Wood
- Energy
- Iron
- Oak wood
Buy in-game cash:
The cash packages will be the only Item available in the new in-game Gem Store at the moment.
This new in-game gem store is going to be the house for future utilities.
These new features will be monitored and will be updated as months go by, some commodities will be added, some will be locked, some values may be adjusted. No changes will be made mid-event—only in the downtime, so everyone’s on a fair playing field once the action starts.
