New Male Orc Model

The upcoming update introduces a new male Orc model, bringing a fresh visual addition to the game. Whether you are a seasoned adventurer or new to the playtest, this update adds another layer of immersion to the game’s aesthetic.

New Combat Mechanic: Elemental Armor & Combat Triad

One of the biggest changes in this update is the introduction of an elemental-based combat system, called Awakened State. This system will reward players who equip a complete set of armor aligned with a specific elemental type, granting them both offensive and defensive bonuses.

How It Works:

• Offensive Bonus: Equipping a full set of armor aligned to a particular element boosts your damage output for that element against all opponents. If the enemy has armor that is vulnerable to your element, your attacks will deal even more damage.
• Defensive Bonus: Your armor also grants resistance against specific damage types, helping you take less damage from weaker elements.
• Strategic Importance: Choosing the right armor set before battle is crucial. Players who fail to equip the appropriate gear may find themselves at a severe disadvantage—especially against high-level NPCs.
  

Example in Action:

If a player equips a full set of Slash-aligned gear (boots, gloves, armor), they will gain:

• Increased Slash damage against all NPCs.
• Additional damage when attacking enemies wearing Pierce-type armor.
• Reduced damage taken from Pierce-based attacks, since Slash armor naturally resists piercing strikes.

This new system introduces a deeper level of strategy and preparation, encouraging players to plan ahead and adapt their equipment to face different enemies effectively.
