The wait is over, adventurers—Dusk of the Broken is upon us! The veil between worlds grows thin, and a chilling whisper calls the fastest ones to action. From November 28th at 19:00 UTC until December 1st at 19:00 UTC, Narrows Landing will be the stage for an intense pursuit of powerful, elusive creatures.
This is a challenge of speed and pinpoint accuracy. You must locate and vanquish specific aberrant NPCs—the Stag (10 points), Wisp (50 points), and the legendary Golden Bunny (500 points)—each cursed with only a single, fragile point of vitality.
The Trinkets of Thylfad
This event introduces the Dusk of the Broken – Mystery Chest (only 300 available!). This chest contains one of four rare artifacts capable of aiding the swift and the clever: the Trinkets of Thylfad. These powerful items grant a bonus to your event points and extra movement speed during the event while walking, running and sprinting to assist in your pursuit:
- Thylfad’s Bowstring (Uncommon): 59% chance. Grants a 15% bonus points and +0.25 extra movement speed
- Thylfad’s Arrowhead (Rare): 30% chance. Grants a 25% bonus points and +0.5 extra movement speed
- Thylfad’s Armguard (Epic): 10% chance. Grants a 35% bonus points and +1 extra movement speed
- Thylfad’s Scribbles (Legendary): 1% chance. Grants a 65% bonus points and +1.5 extra movement speed
These trinkets are not required to join, but they can prove the crucial edge in climbing the ranks.
Bounties and Rewards
The spirit of the hunt shall not go unrewarded:
- $GALA Prize: The 150 most dedicated denizens of Mirandus will receive a share of a magnificent 128,200 $GALA treasury.
- Thanksgiving Reward: The five adventurers (Ranks 1-5) who demonstrate the most exceptional skill will be granted the highly sought-after cosmetic item, the Viridian Bag Hat (Common), as a special Thanksgiving reward.
